Why Does My Bath Towel Make My Skin Smell

(do click on the image to enlarge)

Normal Suryanamaskar or Sun Salutation, is a dynamic practice that combines asanas, breathing and concentration.
Suryanamaskar has benefits on many levels: physically
is an excellent way to keep the body strong and flexible, works on almost all the joints, keeping them active and lubricated. The sequence design makes each extension posture of the spine and opening the chest, corre-inhalation, and each bending asana closing of the spine and chest, an exhalation. This facilitates the complete and efficient breathing, gradually increasing the pulmonary flow and exercising the ability to remove all air possible in each exhalation. The latter is crucial for better breathing, if the secret is to exhale, the more you breathe, more free space left to fill with inhalation ... "Empty yourself to fill."
When the sun salutation is done continuously, without stopping to complete each round, it becomes an aerobic exercise, with all the benefits that entails.
The perfect coordination between breathing and movement causes the mind must necessarily be attentive to the present moment, thus increasing concentration.
When we use the mantras of suryanamaskar, elevate the practice of a gross level to a much more subtle, making us aware of the divine energy that sustains us and that is within us and around us. The sound of mantras and focuses the mind off of all cotindianas issues that concern us and hold us, and therefore must be outside our practice of yoga.
