Crouse Hinds Mini Cam Lock Connector

The

The Sanskrit word chakra literally means wheel and refers to energy centers where it condenses, flows and transforms the vital energy or prana. Found in the crossing of the Nadis or astral tubes that circulate energy (see section Pranayama), having 7 major chakras. Both the nadis or astral tubes, as the chakras are at astral body the astral plane, which is the subtle counterpart of the physical body.

The three main nadis are Ida, Pingala and Sushumna nadi. The physical and astral body are overlapping and interconnected. In terms of the physical body Sushumna nadi starts from the base of the spine in the coccyx area, and extends to the top of the head. Mostly extension coincides with the spinal cord. Ida Nadi and Pingala, the symbolism is represented by the caduceus of Mercury, are the nadis nadi Sushumna run laterally, and these nadis through which energy flows normally, producing a dual consciousness, governed by bipolarity, observer- observed subject-object, and binary logic. The 7 chakras or energy centers are located main along Sushumna nadi, each representing a particular state of consciousness, and are associated with major nerve plexus of the physical body.
They are represented by lotus flowers with a certain number of petals, and are related to Sanskrit sounds, which when pronounced resonances create subtle astral level. Turn in classical representation of a color associated with a deity, an element and a specific mantra.

Muladhara

Located at the base of the spine, Muladhara Chakra represents the earth element. Represents the densest level of manifestation or condensation of cosmic energy, matter. Chakra Muladhara is associated with survival functions with the physical, with pleasure and sexuality, consciousness is rooted to the physical plane, both with our own body as Earth in turn is related to the sense of security and stability. Is associated with the sense of smell.

This chakra controls the gonads and adrenal glands. Governs the excretory system (in conjunction with apana) and the skeleton, teeth, nails and hair.
It is closely linked to the feet (karmaindriya) which are our connection to Earth
is the basis for existence in the material world and physical cohesion. A blockage in this chakra, produces an excessive identification with the material, or, conversely, a lack of physical foundation, centering on excessive volatility and fantasies. When it is balanced can "keep our feet on the ground" and maintain a healthy body.

This chakra kundalini lies dormant Shakti or cosmic force, when Kundalini awakens tends to rise towards the head by Sushumna nadi, located in the spine, awakening in their wake the different chakras or energy centers. To enable the upward path has to open the Brama Brama granthi-knot, which is in this chakra nadi Sushumna blocking. No one has to awaken Kundalini without having purified their nadis or energy tubes through intense sadhana or practice that requires carrying a purification at all levels of psycho-physical man. An awakening of Kundalini without proper preparation can lead to irreversible imbalances in the psyche. That is why the most effective and safest way to this awakening must be a regular practice of Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, meditation, vegetarian and full attention to the process of daily living.

Svadishtana

This chakra is located at the height of the genitals on the spine. Its element is water. As Muladhara exerts its influence on sex and adrenal glands. It is also related to the abdomen, intestines, kidneys, bladder and sexual organs. It is closely connected to the hands (karmaindriya).
The balance of this chakra gives the sublimation of passions, anger, hatred, anger, violence and fear, transforming love, compassion, kindness, and peaceful feelings. Instead their imbalance is the cause of various sexual disorders and a lack of creativity, pain, excessive search for pleasure, aggression and problems of abdominal organs.
is the center of change, creativity, drive and sexual energy and pleasure, is also related to sociability. Represents the sense of taste. In Hindu teachings, much emphasis was placed in celibacy (Brahmacharya) in order to transmute the sexual drive with a downward trend in regards to energy, spiritual energy (Shakti thee listen) with an upward trend. This energy goes up sushumna nadi to the brain where it remains accumulated increasing spiritual awareness. The transformation of sexual energy in thee listen Shakti is properly a sublimation, and not a repression of sexual impulses that lead to mental and somatic disorders of various kinds, as well as a return of the repressed.

Manipura

Located at the navel, represents the element fire. Is closely related to the emotions and nuances, and that is why, according to Eastern philosophy, that when we experience a strong emotion is accompanied by feelings at the height of his stomach, while being closely linked to epigastric plexus. Is the center of relational interaction with the universe, and the digestive process. It also relates to the vegetative activities. While Swadhisthana chakra Muladhara chakra and have a downward motion, Manipura chakra has a upward movement due to the quality of fire and heat.
is the chakra of transformation, through the combustion process of digestion, and through the transformation of the inertia of the earth and water and energy in action.
In the physical body corresponds to the sense of sight, and the anus (karmaindriya).
The development of this chakra, the person free of disease. The Manipura chakra imbalance leads to digestive problems, ulcers, diabetes, hypoglycemia, and emotional disorders.

Anahata

Anahata chakra is located at heart level, being the element that corresponds to the air. Its name comes from that meditation on this center can hear Anahata sound, sound mystical qualities. Is associated in the physical body to the sense of touch, and its organ of action (karmaindriya) is the sexual organ. It relates to the functions of the heart, thymus gland and the circulatory system. Their imbalance causes circulatory problems, heart and respiratory (asthma, etc.). Depart from this chakra nadis or astral tubes to lower chakras located on the palms of hands, which serve to project prana from the heart center.
Anahata chakra is located right in the middle of the main line of chakras, the lower three chakras below and above the top. In this chakra lies the consciousness of individuality (Jivatman) the absolute principle identified by the limitations of the senses and mind. After the awakening of this chakra, there is a profound change in the levels of consciousness and liberation of identificatory ties of the individual, is a milestone that marks a before and after. Once awakened this chakra is no longer speaks of "my" or "you", no longer speaks of "my chakras" or "my awakening", but comprising the undivided nature of the vital principle, we understand the illusion of fragmentation with respect to other beings, and implementation becomes a matter of society as a whole. When the waters of the emotional attachment relationships based on pleasure-displeasure is silenced, it manifests the "Universal Love" which does not distinguish shapes and does not focus on the ego.
In the Eastern scriptures, Anahata chakra gives certain mental qualities such as travel mentally and perceive distant places and events.

Vishudhi

The location of this chakra is the throat height and corresponds to Laryngeal plexus in the physical body, and its element ether (Akasha). This chakra is closely related to the thyroid gland, your body is the mouth action and the meaning associated with it is hearing.
In the Hindu scriptures which fully activates this center has a perfect knowledge of the scriptures or Vedas. After reaching the Universal Love, is a high purity, which is what gives the name of this powerhouse. It has to do with the expressive qualities communication of human beings. Vishudhi Chakra has the quality of space, where the other four elements are formed, and where then merged, so is the quality that is in a latent form behind them. The space is a necessary condition for something to fit into it. A vessel must be empty to be filled, so the mind has to be emptied so that what is revealed. Must be emptied to have a transparent view of the movement of life.
Vishudhi Chakra governs the vocal cords, gastrointestinal tract, lungs and hearing, so it generates a malfunction of the problems related to these areas.

Ajña

Sushumna It is located in Nadi and also corresponds to a point between the eyebrows at the level of the pituitary gland and the cavernous plexus. Ajna Chakra which is the bija mantra Om is the seat of mental activities (weeks). The mind focused on this center awakens intuition-hand knowledge, "and is released from the duality as it corresponds to energy in their undifferentiated state. Meditation on this center also produces a progressive release of the mental impressions samskaras-o- accumulated. After the awakening of Ajna Chakra there is nothing left to look, as there are no form nor anything to be sought, there is a duality that is expressed in terms of experimenter-experienced. "Aham Brahma Asmi" - "I am Brahman" or rather "Brahman is" "The Absolute is." That is why it is said that this is the third eye chakra, the eye of Brahman, it is all there and all there is to it. It is a holographic vision where each fragment is replicated all. It transcends the illusion of time and space.
Ajna Chakra is closely related to the eyes, brain and its functions.

Sahasrara

Sahasrara Chakra (thousand-petalled chakra) corresponds to the top of your head or top, and is intimately linked to the pineal gland in the physical body. This gland is triangular-oval which is located below the thickening of the corpus callosum, deep in the brain, is of great importance in much of the esoteric traditions, and is regarded by them as the connection point with Consciousness Absolute or Cosmic.
is in this chakra where it rests Siva, in perfect stillness, undisturbed, is the static aspect of the universe. Take time to observe a moment representation of Siva, and see that the latency of transmitting full attention, pure consciousness undisturbed, the Witness.
When Kundalini Shakti is the dynamic aspect of the universe, cosmic potentiality in man ascends Sushumna nadi, which is the central energy channel and corresponds to the physical body with the spine, awakens the first six chakras on its way. These six chakras below Sahasrara Chakra are like lotus flowers that the passage of Kundalini will illuminating and awakening deep states of consciousness, waking up gradually to other dimensions of the universe.
Sushumna Kundalini ascends to Sahasrara Chakra, where it merges with Siva. The static and dynamic first join, merge. The candidate achieves liberation. The drop of water merges into the ocean, doing what was always there, always understanding what they knew. The person is understood as a process, not as an entity, the entire process of life, in the Holos Holos. Siva and Shakti joining as particle and antiparticle meet that disappear.
to Ajna Chakra the applicant has understood the unity of the Self-existence. With the union (Yoga) now performs the non-existence. Or rather that is done be for non-existence, because now there is nobody to make the non-existence, there is an aggregate as an entity (me) who does it, simply is done. There is no uncertainty principle, there is no observer or the observed object.

Myrtle Beach Senior Week Houses

CHAKRAS ahimsa, nonviolence. By Swami Shivapremananda. November Activities

Excerpted from his book Introduction to Yoga Philosophy

To start any business in life we need the preliminary steps. In the yoga system are two essential first steps made by the principles and Niyama Deyama or ethical foundation. Without it, we will build our house upon the sand and we risk falling back instead of progressing.

The first requirement is to learn to face ourselves, with our internal and external powers. If we must try to overcome shortcomings, while certain basic potential to be developed.

Yama, the first step in Raja Yoga means to contain, constrain. His first principle is ahimsa, literally can not insulting, non-violence and refers not only to our external actions but also our internal disposition.

usually means Ahimsa something like not to kill. Indeed, this is also its meaning but also involves a number of strengths and special gifts. Most of us do not go out to the street with the intention of killing anyone, but we violate the principle of Ahimsa with a word, a rude gesture or a thought of hatred.

intolerance, sudden reactions to the conduct of another, the usual lack of restraint, and even cowardice, are other ways of denying Ahimsa. If we are unable to cope with a situation and avoid the problem, although apparently an act of 'non-violence' becomes reality in the denial of Ahimsa. Resisting evil prevents violence in the world (...).

(...) Gandhi said: "Whenever society where there is injustice we must resist and build a powerful front to oppose this ignominy in the life ".

Ahimsa is not cowardice or weakness, and is related to the law of love. does not mean that a man sitting and remain apathetic hurt a fly, while violence shelters in your heart. Violence in the heart is the worst of all and their consequences are more severe than those caused by physical damage. The evil plots behind the other, the gossip, the damage by indirect means, are all forms of violence much greater than the physical injury. Ahimsa not mean meek submission to any abuse because it is legitimate to resist evil with all our strength but feel hatred or bitterness in our hearts.

Two principles were closely linked to Ahimsa. Are daya or compassion and karuna or mercy. Our attitude towards all creation should be merciful, compassionate, tolerant and loving spontaneous. We should not believe that our way of thinking and doing is the gospel truth while criticizing what others do with self-sufficiency. There are many examples of erroneous interpretation of Ahimsa: I know the fanaticism of some vegetarians lost in details of vitamins and calories that showed so much intolerance peers thought that if they had been leaders, life would have been terrible. Ahimsa

is an indirect expression of the principles of love. Why should we be nonviolent? Because our lives are integrated in a common spiritual awareness. "If I am violent to you, I'm really violent with me same. "

addition to this spiritual law also physically hurt us, because when a person is angry his whole body is poisoned, the glands emit secretions that affect the entire body.

And not only the body is affected. Violence hurts us mentally. The man with love in his heart feels peace wounds suffered while your mind is unhappy and restless. The third factor to consider is that the lawlessness of Ahimsa in turn leads to violent reactions, not only suffer because our own behavior but, on the physical plane, the antagonist will return violence with violence. In this reciprocal relationship, a harsh word will bring another and then another even worse, friendship is destroyed, it generates bitterness, hatred and just on the physical plane is vitiated human relationships.

Ahimsa to develop mentally repeat many times " peace and freedom." You can perform this exercise a few minutes before breakfast and, if desired, before dinner as well. Repeat this phrase over and over "spiritual fulfillment ". "My welfare depends on the welfare of others."

Pranayama is to increase vital energy (prana) through the conscious control of breathing. Several techniques pranayama, this time make two:

Bhastrika: to remove stale air from the lungs and increase respiratory flow.

Nadi Sodhana: to balance the flow of solar and lunar energy in our body, achieving mental relaxation and serenity.

After pranayama we will make an excellent preparation for meditation technique, called Kaya Sthairyam. In Sanskrit the word " kaya means body " sthairyam " mean immobility. Therefore, it is a practice that seeks a complete physical stillness, through a series of specific steps that are guided by the instructor. Swami Vivekananda

KARMA YOGA

CA IP CHAPTER FIRST

EFFECTS THE KARMA ON THE NATURE

1) Pleasure is not the goal of man, but knowledge that is inherent to it. Good and evil have a similar participation in the formation of character. The word karma is derived Sanskrit kri, which means do, every action is karma. Technically, this word also means the effects of actions. In connection with metaphysics expresses sometimes the effects of which our past actions were the causes. But in the karma yoga just have to treat the word karma to mean action. The goal of mankind is knowledge, this is the only ideal set before us by Eastern philosophy. The goal of man is not pleasure but knowledge. The pleasure and happiness in the end. It's a mistake to suppose that pleasure is the goal, the cause of all the miseries we have in the world is that men think, foolishly, that pleasure is the ideal to be achieved. After some time the man is not what you are looking for happiness but knowledge, that pleasure and pain are great teachers and learning of both good and evil. Passing the pleasure and pain to the individual soul, she left on different images and the result of these combined impressions is what is called "character." If you consider the character of any man will notice that only a cluster of trends, the total sum of the inclinations of his mind, will find that misery and happiness are also factors that weigh in the formation of that character. Good and evil have similar involvement in shaping the character and sometimes unhappiness is better teacher than happiness. Studying the great characters that world has produced, I dare say, in most cases, we would find that the misfortune has taught more than happiness, poverty that taught more than wealth and that setbacks were more than praise what inflamed his inner fire.

2) The infinite library of the universe is in the mind. The law of gravitation and Newton. All temporal or spiritual knowledge is in the mind. Any mental or physical shock received by the ego is karma. However, this knowledge is inherent in man, no knowledge comes from outside it's all inside. When we say that a man "knows" should say, in strict psychological language, they "discover" or "reveals" what a man "learns" is really what he "discovered" by removing the sheaths that cover his soul, which is a mine of infinite knowledge. We say Newton discovered gravitation. Do you find this sitting in a corner waiting for?

was in his own mind, the moment came and found suitable. All knowledge that the world has received comes from the mind, the infinite library of the universe is in your own mind. The external world is only the suggestion, the occasion, which makes you study your own mind but the object of your study is always your own mind. The fall of an apple gave the suggestion to Newton and he studied his own mind, put in order all the previous links of thought in his mind and discovered a new one between them, which we call the law of gravitation. It was not in the block or anything in the center of the earth. Therefore, any temporal or spiritual knowledge is the human mind. In many cases it is not discovered but remains hidden when the veil is slowly lifted, saying that "we are learning, and advancement in knowledge is made under this step in the process of discovery. The man who goes lifting the veil is the most known, that in maintaining dense, is ignorant, and who has managed to remove entirely all-knowing, all-knowing. Men have been omniscient and I think there are many more yet, and there will be thousands of them in future cycles. Knowledge exists in the mind like fire in the flint, the suggestion is the friction that makes it sprout. The same goes for all our feelings and actions, smiles and tears, joys and sorrows, laughter and groans, curses and blessings, praise and blame - if we study quietly to ourselves, we see that have emerged in many other impacts caused by . The result is what we are, to all All these impacts are called karma -work action. Each hit mental and 'physical given to the ego by which we can say the spark occurs, and for which he discovers his own power and knowledge, is karma, using the word in its broadest sense, so therefore all We are continually producing karma. I'm talking about, that's karma. You hear, that's karma. breathe, that's karma. walk, is karma. All what we do, physically or mentally, is karma and leave their mark on us.

3) To judge the character of a man there to watch him in his great deeds, but when you run its common shares. There are certain movements that are like the aggregate, the sum total of a large number of smaller pulses. If we approach the seashore and hear the waves crashing against the rocks we seem to hear a great noise, and yet we know that a wave is made, really, millions and millions of tiny waves, each of which makes a noise that we do not However we do not perceive; only hear when you fall into that great mass. Similarly, every heartbeat is a way of acting, certain ways of powering the feel and made tangible to us and are, however, adding a small amount of shares. If you wish to really judge the character of a man not observe his great deeds. Any fool can become a hero at a time. Behold a man when you run its common shares, these are, indeed, which I will reveal the true character of a great man. Rise to special occasions at the lowest of human beings to some kind of greatness, but only really great man whose character is always great, is always the same, wherever you are.

4) The nature and karma. Karma in its effect on the character, is the most formidable power that man has to face. The man is, say, a center and is bringing it all the powers of the universe, in the center blends them all again and emits a powerful stream. This center is the real man , the omnipotent, omniscient, and attracts to itself the entire universe, good and evil, happiness and suffering, he runs around and gathers around him, and thus powerful modeling current trends called character and throws it outside. And has the power to attract all, also has the power to issue it.

5) Everything you see in the world is the unfolding of thought and expression of the will of man. The will of a huge Buddha or a Jesus can not be explained by the theory of heredity. All actions we see in the world, all movements in human society, all the works that we have around us are merely the unfolding of thought, the manifestation of the will of man. Machines or instruments, cities, ships, battleships, everything is simply the manifestation of the will of man, and this will is caused by the nature and character is shaped by the karma. As is the karma , and is the manifestation of the will. The men of mighty will the world has produced have all been extremely active, endowed with a gigantic souls will able to start the worlds of their orbits, and that will was acquired through persistent work done for centuries. The will of a huge Buddha or a Jesus could not be acquired in one lifetime, we know who were their parents. Nothing tells us that they utter a single word for the good of humanity. Millions and millions of carpenters like Joseph has been, millions are still living. Have existed in the world, millions and millions of petty kings like Buddha's father. If only it were a case of hereditary transmission, how explicaríais this little prince who may not obey their own servers, this child produced half the world who loves? How explicaréis the gulf between the carpenter and his son, whom millions of human beings as God loves? This can not be solved by the theory of heredity. The giant Buddha and Jesus will that spread in the world, where do they come?; Does whence this accumulation of power?

AL1i must have been for ages and ages, continually growing until it was in society a Buddha or a Jesus, to continue to expand until today.

6) Our karma determines what we deserve and what we can assimilate. Message from the "Bhagavad Gita" about the karma-yoga. This is determined by karma , action. Nobody can get anything unless you deserve, it is an eternal law, sometimes we may think not, but eventually we to convince them. A man may struggle all his life to achieve wealth, can trick the thousands, but finally realizes he does not deserve to be rich and life is made uncomfortable and 'a heavy burden. Can be accumulated to our physical objects, but only what we deserve is truly ours. A fool may buy all the books in the world and having them in your library, but only be able to read those who deserve, and this deserving is produced by the karma. Our karma determines what we deserve and what we can assimilate. Responsibility for what is ours and we are whatever we want to be have the power to do so. If you we are now is the result of our past actions, it follows clearly that everything that we want to be in the future can be produced by our present actions, and therefore we need to know how to act. You say "What is the value of learning to act? Each one acts one way or another in the world." But one thing we do, and this is, to fragment our energies. With regard to karma-yoga the "Bhagavad Gita says " is to run the job with skill, like a science: knowing how to work can get the greatest results. " must remember that every action is simply externalize the power of the mind, that. Power that already exists in it, wake up the ego. The power is within every man, so is the knowledge, the different actions like the piercings that give rise, to wake up to these giants.

7) motives behind the man to act. Man acts for various reasons, there can be no action without reason. Some want the fame and work for fame. Others crave money and work for the money. Others look to and work for power. There are those who want to reach heaven and act to achieve it. Some are working to leave a name when they die, as do in China, where no man gets a title until he dies, custom better than ours after all. There when a man does something good, give a title of nobility to his dead father or his grandfather. Some people work for it. Those who belong to certain sects Mohammedan work all their lives to ensure that they build a great tomb when they die. Sects among them know as soon as a child is born you are preparing a grave, this is according to them the most important action that a man has to carry out, and the bigger and more magnificent is his grave, the better it is considered that the man is. Others work as serving a penance after committing all kinds of evil make up a temple or give something to the priests to buy them and get them a passport to heaven.

think that this kind of charity and will cleanse them travel without paying a fee, despite their sins. These are some different reasons to act.

8. action made with detachment. Self-control will tend to develop models and tough characters. labor of love to work. There is in each country few human beings who are really the salt of the earth and work for love to work without worrying about the popularity and fame, even go to heaven. They work simply because it will be good. There are others who do good to the poor and help mankind even higher grounds because they believe in goodness and love good. The desire to name and fame, rarely produces immediate results and are generally older when they come to us and we are tired of life. If a man works without any selfish motive in view, gets nothing? Yes, it achieves the highest. Selflessness is more rewarding, but men do not have the patience to practice. Also important from the standpoint of health. Love, truth, and unselfishness are not merely moral figures of speech but are our most high ideal, because in them is the manifestation of that immense power. First, a man who can work five days, or even less, five minutes without any selfish motive, without thinking about the future or in heaven or punishment, or anything like that, is in itself ability to become a powerful moral giant. It's hard to do this, but in the depths of our hearts recognize its value and the good it produces. This tremendous control is the greatest manifestation of power, this self-control is a manifestation of more power than needed for any other external action. A carriage with four wild horses, may precipitate a downhill, but will not occur if the driver could rein in the horses. What greater display of power, let them or rein? A cannon ball through space, across a long distance and falls, another is arrested for the clash against a wall, and the impact generates intense heat. Every manifestation of power driven by a selfish motive is broken, do not produce a power that returns to you, but if it is controlled to produce a development. This self-control tend to produce a strong will, a character will give a Buddha or a Christ. Fools do not know this secret, but want to lead humanity. Even a fool can rule the world he acts and looks. That wait a few years to control the foolish idea of governing, and when it is gone completely, it will be a world power. Most of us can not see beyond a few years, as well as certain animals that can not see beyond a few steps. A small, tight circle, that's our world. We do not have the patience to look beyond, and thus we become immoral and evil that is our weakness, our powerlessness.

9. tells us the "Bhagavad Gita:" We have the right to work but not their fruits. " Not even the lowest forms to act must be less neglected. Let the man who does not know any better working for selfish ends, for name and fame, but everyone should always try to achieve ever higher mobile and understand. "We have the right to work but not their fruits." Put aside the fruits. Why worry about the results? If you want to help a man, never think what will be his attitude towards you. If you want a great work or good, not you nervious to think what the outcome.

10. ideal man. a difficult question arises regarding this ideal of action. Intense activity is needed, we always act. We can not live a minute without action. So what about the rest? This is an aspect of the struggle for life: action, in which vortex are quickly absorbed. And here is another: the quiet, intimate renunciation; peaceful around us, there is very little noise and few players on the scene, only nature with its animals, plants and mountains. None of these issues' is a perfect picture. If a man used to solitude comes in contact with the whirlwind of the world will be destroyed by him, the same goes for the fish living in deep sea waters, which, as soon as it is brought to the surface, is shattered to be deprived of the weight of water that kept their integrity. Can a man who has become accustomed to the tumult and hurry of life, living at home in a quiet place? Suffering, and perhaps may even lose right. The ideal man is one who, in the midst of the greatest silence and solitude, activity is intense, yen amid the most intense activity, silence and tranquility of the desert. Such a man has learned the secret of self-control, has gained control of himself. Through the streets of a big city, with its motley traffic, and his mind is as calm as if in a cave where even the slightest sound can reach him; and is capable of intense activity at all times. This is the ideal of karma-yoga, and if you have achieved this, you will have learned, really, the secret of action.

11. come, as long as our motives are not selfish and knowledge that lies within us will manifest. But we have to start from the beginning, take care of the work our part by accepting them as they are, and lavish slowly, be more unselfish each day. We do the work and find the motive that drives us to do it, and almost without exception, in the early years, we find that our mobile are always selfish, but gradually this selfishness will vanish with the persistence, until finally there will come a time when we can do really unselfish work. We can all hope that one day or another, struggling as we are on the path of life, there comes a time when we are perfectly unselfish, and when we get it, will concentrate all our powers and knowledge that lies within us will manifest.

Dragonball Z Yaoi Blog

Jnana Yoga. Swami Vivekananda.

The Path of Knowledge.

While there is death, and again submit the question: "Is death the end of all things that are so attached, as if they were the most real of realities, the most substantial of all substances? ".

Then there is the desire to be happy. We are all behind something that makes us happy. We continued our mad race in the outer world of the senses.

There is another position: seeking an explanation, look real, the real find in the midst of this eternally changing and evanescent world.

is a highly significant fact that all religions, without explanation, hold that man is a degeneration of what was, whether that envelop the mythological words, or a clear philosophical language, and even the beautiful images poetry.

In the same tree there are two birds, one in the cup, the other on a lower branch. The cup is calm, silent, majestic, immersed in his own glory. The lower branch, pecking sweet and bitter fruits by turns, and jumps from branch to branch, is happy and miserable by turns. After some time, the bird eats a fruit branches exceptionally and this bitter dislike. Then looks up and sees the other bird, with its beautiful golden feathers, not eating or sweet or bitter fruits that are not happy nor unhappy, but is very calm, centered on his ego, seeing nothing more than your Yo. The lower bird envy this condition, but soon forgets and returns to pick the fruits. Do not take long to eat another exceptionally bitter fruit, which makes him feel very unhappy, and again raised his eyes and tries to approach the bird from the tree. Forget about it again, but spent time looking up again. That happens again and again until it comes very close to the beautiful bird and sees the light reflected from the plumage playing with his own body; then feel a change and seems to melt. Is closer, and everything that surrounds it melts and finally understand this wonderful change. The bird was just a shade lower, apparently pointless, a reflection of the top bird. He was, essentially, the top bird. Pecking sweet and bitter fruit, and that bird than that was happy and unhappy in turn, was a vain illusion, a dream. All the while the real bird was up, calm and quiet, glorious and majestic, beyond pain, beyond grief.

Yoga Chitta Vritti Nirodha .

Yoga is the cessation of the fluctuations of the mind.

Yoga is a challenge and a discipline that keeps the body-in all its levels, in optimum condition, aimed at achieving the serenity necessary to achieve spiritual elevation. Nothing less ...

is the discipline that leads to the integration of body, mind and emotions, and connects us in harmony with all energies around us ....

Yoga (yug, in Sanskrit) means union.

black-white good-bad, positive-negative light shade rather bad-beautiful-ugly-strong-weak fool intelligent high-success-failure on big-little-top-down within out long-short north-south here-right-left beyond pleasure-pain devil-god true-false right-left-right ser-no/ser moral-immoral unjust political and apolitical healthy right-wrong-patient, honest love-hate faithful-unfaithful dishonest thin-fat pure-impure-unit polarity

Perhaps things are not two, but one. Is not it precisely the existence of one, which gives existence to the other? Only in the mind, in the words and concepts is that the opposite may have its own independent life. By denying those unwanted poles, away from make them disappear, only look, because only banished from our consciousness, we removed them from our sight but not actually remove ....

release or evolution or development, does not consist in getting rid of the "negative" from "bad", but freedom from the opposed pairs.

Yoga consists of 8 parts or members:

The first two parts (Yamas and Niyamas ) are guidelines of conduct, standards of conduct and ethical principles and philosophical fairly consistent and reasonable, almost common sense. Some, however, be "translated" into the 21st century and adapt to our world a little Western ...

Yoga is not something we can think of is something you have to be. Is existential, experimental, experiential.

Yoga The eight parts of the blend and, without an order in particualr, are gradually playing your whole being. Each and every one of them the can be integrated into your own life as your own conscience allows. Yoga is ultimately cosmic consciousness ...
